By purchasing any product from Undeadware, you, the “Customer, “
agree to the following Terms and Conditions of Sale:
The Customer consents to receiving email from Undeadware, in reference to the purchase of products from Undeadware.
The Customer agrees to pay the total, including shipping and sales tax, at the time of purchase.
Shipping will be a flat rate and method of shipment will be at the discretion of Undeadware.
Undeadware will contact the Customer by email within two business days with shipping updates.
Incorrect or defective (defective being defined as excessive damage to a shirt or the design) orders must be sent back un-worn, un-washed with the original packing list to Undeadware. In addition, an email with the order number must be sent to sales@undeadware.com describing the problem. Undeadware will send back the proper order back to the Customer, free of charge and reimburse the Customer, through Paypal, the original flat shipping fee.
For shirt size exchanges: sales@undeadware.com must be contacted within 30 days of the purchase and the un-worn and un-washed shirts must be sent back to Undeadware. No reimbursements for initial shipping, but Undeadware will charge the Customer only half our flat shipping rate to send it back
All other sales are final.
Privacy Policy:
Undeadware will never sell or share any personal information entered into our database without the Customer’s written consent.
All designs, logos, art ,and phrases are property of Undeadware.
